If you write to us: your name, email, what the enquiry is about and your message. We use it only to answer you and, if you commission a piece, to make it. The legal basis is taking the steps you asked for before a contract.

If you tick “Receive letters from the atelier”: your email address, to send you letters a few times a year. The legal basis is your consent, and every letter has a one-click unsubscribe link.

If you ask for an invitation to the private viewing: your name and email, used only to invite you. The legal basis is your consent.

Your details are stored with our hosting and email providers, and touched by no one else. We never sell or share them.

With your permission we set Google Ads cookies. They tell us, and Google, one thing: whether an advert brought you here. Nothing is set until you accept. Decline and nothing is set. Change your mind later and they are removed. The site works exactly the same either way.

Our visitor counts use no cookies and do not identify you.

Letters: until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove you. Invitations: until the viewing has taken place. Enquiries: while we are in conversation, and for as long as a commission needs. You can write to us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, and you can always raise a concern with the Irish Data Protection Commission.
